Shipping Information
Processing Times
- In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with further instructions.
Shipping Methods and Calculations
- We offer worldwide shipping, though certain products may have international delivery restrictions (for example, XpanD batteries cannot be shipped internationally).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on either:
- Package weight or
- Dimensional weight (length x width x height divided by carrier-specific factors), whichever is greater.
Backorders
- If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with details and available options.
Returns and Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery (not purchase date).
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Special orders and custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing cs@mteworld.com.

Securely package the item in its original box, including your proof of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow at least 7 days for processing.
- Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Restocking Fee
- A 25 percent restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective.
Order Cancellations
- Pending orders can be canceled without fees if they have not been processed.
- Processed or packed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Shipped orders are subject to restocking and return fees, per our return policy above.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at cs@mteworld.com for a refund or exchange.
- Providing photos of the damage may help expedite the process.
